I ran a PR in the 400 time trial today in trainers after eating two lunches. Sweet.
When Andy, Keith, Will and I were running we experienced more of that hostility toward runners and from a teacher no less. I glanced at her and saw her face contort as she screamed "RUN! FASTER! GO GO GO!" I contained myself to muttering under my breath when I really just felt like saying "shutthefuckupshutthefuckupshutthefuckupshutthefuckupshutthefuckup."

I also came home to find that my dad is borrowing one of JMU's VERY nice cameras.
